Hundred Fourty Nine Time
Well well well~ Finally back after 16 days of tiring days..

Back to ward 3 for my last posting before my last semester in NYP. This time the posting is focused on elderly care, communication. Our CI was a staff nurse from the ward itself. She's good. Very helpful.. First day so oriented around then help around lor.
Tues
Get to take case and pass report today. But i was screwed by that china SSN. Damn.. Partly is my fault for not reading the case note deeply la... But she should not have screw me upside down too... Shit!
Wed
Took back the same case. This time i read the case notes thoroughly. During passing report time, i was screwed by that same china SSN again.. ARGH!!!!!!! Reason? For not understanding the patient well enough. Damn lor.. She wanted me to tell her about the patient family problem, why he cant go home yet etc..... AND, IT WASNT STATED IN THE CASE NOTES!!!!!! The info from the case notes were old notes that were 2 weeks ago. Sianz!!! Passing report is so hard la..
Thurs
Did not take case. Kind of have a phobia.. Haha.. Nobody took any case today..

Did not take case also.. Just help around. Long weekend ahead.
Sat
Today YZ birdday celebration cum Subi real birdday. Went over at 7 like that. Took some pics.. Then stayed over for some mahjong session. Left at around 7+.
Sun
Reach home around 8+. Then went online. Doze off for 30+min. Woke up at 10.10. Meeting ong and mah at 10 at mac. Haha.. Chiong out.. Discussed about POP and FAC training. We talked till about 3pm. Then went home sleep again for around 2 hrs. Then rush off to JE to meet tian le, mei yee, gracia, chester. Went off to Orchard. Damn pack la.. We go taka eat then decide to go vivo city. Bought tickets for death note 2 at 1.10am. Slacked around for 3 hrs. Then watch movie. The movie wasnt nice la.. Too bored.. Plot is good but the presentation is abit boring. Almost fell asleep. Went third floor sit around. Then went first floor. Went off at around 6. Took first train home.
Mon
Slept till around 12. Then forgot what i did liao. Then met yz at cck. Took 190 to orchard. Subi treating dinner. Had to stop at newton because road block for some celebration at orchard. Then we went cineleisure bought tickets for night at the museum. Went heeren buy some stuff. Then go Sakura for dinner. Nice dinner. Did not eat alot. We played alot. We had a plate of sashimi. Then we had different sauces. Wasabi, tabasco, some very sour sauce. We play scissor paper stone. Loser eat. Haha.. It tasted horrible. But win most of the time. Everyone played except one.. Haha.. Then went to watch movie. Very nice show. Very funny.. Rate 4.5/5. Then went home.
Tues
Working day. Today got HSE. i also dunno what that means la.. Until i reach there, then i found out. We were actually going to do home visits. We were attached to HNF(Home Nursing Foundation). We walked the back of AH, a place we didnt know exist. Haha... And most importantly, the place was grass and road. It was damn muddy and it was raining. Half way down the slope, the staff nurse ask me if i took some stuff. When i said no, she became furious and shouted at me to go back and take.. Damn la.. In the morning she only said these are the equipment we are using. But she did not say we must bring lor.. Shit her la.. Ran back. My lower part of the pants was muddy la. My shoe also soaked. Then we went to two pt hse. After that she told us to go home, because she had too many patients today and we will be hindering her work. So we left at around 10am. Reach home, air my shoes with the fan. Soak my pants in bleach. At night, when i recheck my shoe again, it was broken liao. The sole got hole. zzZZzz... Need to buy new shoe. in the mean time, my mother pasted masking tape to act as a barrier.
Wed
Not raining today. The path wasnt that wet. Only muddy. Luckily nothing happened. We only went to 1 patient hse today..Left at around 1130. Went to buy new shoes at night.
Thurs
Case presentation in the ward today. Not fully prepared, so postpone to tomorrow. Quickly went home after work. Change then met tsoon liang at CCK. Saw yao wei and dennis also. Today is our sec sch class gathering. My lower sec class. I think the last time that we met up was in 2003. Had a chalet at sentosa. Still remember that day when were bbq-ing it rained heavily. So we stood there holding the umbrella and bbq. We were wet thoroughly la.. Haha.. So fun.. Was quite happy in my lower sec class. 1B/2B 0'0-0'1. Haha..
Back. Met with cliff at bugis. Actually along the way nothing much to talk. Imagine out of sch for 3 yrs and diff class for 5 yrs. Abit awkard la.. Reach there at around 7. Late for 1.5 hrs. Haha.. i thought they would set up the fire le but havent la.. We started the fire indoor. Because it was raining outside. Yet again another bbq in a rainy day. My class really that damn suai la.. We managed to start up the fire in quite a long time, around 1hr.. Haha.. I was not the one who set up.. Haha... Or else it would have been faster. We were happily bbq-ing when the bbq exploded. It really exploded!!!!!!! The tiles underneath was overheated and gave way. Luckily, no one was injured. Because the tray blocked the impact of the explosion. We quickly shifted the tray of charcoal away and the spoilt tiles. We went away from the place of accident. Haha... Then we went to buy new tray and charcoal again to set up.. This time on the pit itself because the rain got smaller. Due to the explosion, we lost one tray of chicken wing, some bbq octopus and a tray of prawn. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Set up the pit again in a much quicker time. The charcoal was good.. Left at around 1030. because need to work the next day. Took cab home with dennis, yaowei and tsoon liang. Reach home then bathe.
Fri
Slept till 2am. Havent sort out my case study yet. Sort it out till around 3.30am. Then went back to sleep. Wake up at 5am again. Then went off to work. Case presentation at 11.30. Went well.. But very tiring la.. zzzZzZZZzz.. Rot at home.. Met mother for dinner, bought gift.
Sat
Management meeting at 9am. Followed by the kickoff meeting. Discuss about new committe, new promotion criteria, things to improve on for 07. Officially ended at 2.30. 5.5 hrs of meeting. Haha... Then went over to jing ying house for the christmas celebration. not alot of ppl attend. Left the room at 4. Took some pics. Home. No kopi tonight.
Sun
Wake up at 1030. Watch tv eat breakfast. Went lot1 buy uno attack. Bought lunch. Later going esplanade with the judokas. Then followed by steamboat at yz hse. Then home.. Need to discuss something with mah later.... Maybe write my reflections for 06 and resolution for 07 later.

Hundred Fourty Seven Time
Wed
Went to KSS at 9 for the zone presentation rehearsal. Overall still can.. Ended at 1015. Went home. Went out again at 2.45. Training officially started at 4.40 because we got no access to the dojo. I take warm up. Then peh did the rest. We did 300 uchikomi today. Not bad. My left side abit weak. Need to train up. Then we had some sort of physical training. Then moving uchikomi. Today overall ok.. Discovered some different way to throw. Like change my hane goshi to not use leg. Harai goshi with the side of the leg instead. Counterthrow for defensive opponent. A better seoi nage. Not bad ar.. Achieve this at one training. Thats what you can achieve if you put heart into any training. If only everyone knows this concept, the achievements would be limitless for an organisation. Dinner at mac. They discussing about the judo camp next week. Then some relationship is going to blossom in the club..
Something i came up with when i was gonna sleep last night.
When i think, i think about thinking.

Must start to use brain liao... Need to start to analyse ppl again. Or else my life will be bored.. Example of how you analyse ppl; look at their speech, body language, emotion, facial expression when talking. And combine it with their current situation,stressor, why they behave this way, to whom they behave this way etc...... This is only some aspects of analysing somebody. Chim? Quite la.. It takes experience. And remember, experience doesnt comes with age. It accumalates with the number and kind of situation or obstacles you have been through with success or failure... My definition: The number of time you use metacognition.. A person in their 30s may not think as well as a person of 10s.
Even though my birdday is over, i forget to put up a wish list here. That wish for the past years that have not been accomplish can forget it. Let urine flow out of the bladder.(Think)
My wish is to clear any misunderstanding with anyone who is not happy with me someway somehow with a reason or without a reason regardless of race, language or religion.... And gender...
Let's update my short term(take it as 5 years) wishlist.
1. To get promoted to judo first dan
2. To have a black belt embroidered with my chinese name.
3. To complete my diploma course without failure.
4. To get married at 23. (dream on)
5. To go OCS.

Tues
Did nothing much today. Rotting at home. Did some checklist for next year training program. Think still can improve somemore. Met my mother for dinner. Then go popular, then ntuc. Was talking to ong in the afternoon. Talking about first steps and wrong steps. Then after that talk to May about forest and tree. She dont get it la.. Haha.. It had a deeper meaning.
I was thinking of yet another story. Haha.. Holiday = Thinking time.
Eg. A guy meets a girl. The guy wants to be with the girl. The girl knew that she had some health problem, so she decline the guy. The girl did not want to be a burden to the guy thats why she rejected him. In her heart she wants to be with the guy, but her conscience told her not to. The guy was heartbroken after the rejection. The one who is actually more heartbroken is the girl. Not being able to be with the person she likes, and to act as if she is through with him in all aspects hurts her even more...
Days gone by, the guy somehow found out about what her problems.. The guy was touched by her acts and sweared to be with her forever in sickness or in death. They both cried and live happily ever after.
Haha... What a story.. Actually the red story is just anyhow think de.. The orange one is better.
That channel U 10pm show nice.. Sell blood and organs to support her.. 3 months probation... Hahaha... Kind of touching also la...

Hundred Fourty Five Time
Fri
Did nothing much in the day. Then Pooh ask me out at night to buy shoe for the Monday concert. Met her at 7.45 at Jurong. Then go Bugis. Shop around for her shoe. Then go makan supper at KFC. Then went home. Then study for the FDI theory for tomorrow till 2am.
Sat
Met ong at Jurong at 11.15. Then go concourse take lunch with the kids. Then go back HQ wait for the test. The test quite easy. Nothing really hard came out. I think i can score either 49 or 50 marks for the test. And the test is upon 50. Haha... That sedia question got problem la.. In the slides it says no need to break into parts, but practically when teaching we will break into two. So got some confusion there. Hope that both answer also correct because everyone did studied but not sure of which to believe. Then did some nursing with the kids. Then went home. Kopi-ed with ong and weijian. Bought some pasar malam stuff, then bought bee hoon and drinks. Ate at same place. Went home earlier. Reach home, my grandmother, uncle and parents just finish their mahjong. Then my uncle treat us go out eat supper. He won $100 plus..... Then go out eat again.. zzZZzzZZzzz...
Sun
Went HQ for meeting. Met liwen at CCK at 8. Meeting started at 9.25. Talked about next year training program,sch calendar, hq calendar, zone calendar. Everyone posted some events to accomplish. Ended at 1230. Travel to AMK to meet my mother. My cousin baby's full month plus house warming plus my cousin birdday. So good hor.. 3 in 1.. Save $$$.. Haha... The food was nice. But got alot. They invited 200 ppl over, the food was for 150 ppl.
Three tub of nasi briyani.
One tub of chicken rendang.
One tub of mutton rendang.
One tub of dahl.
One tray of bee hoon.
One tray of fish balls.
One tray of chicken wings.
One tray of achar.
One tray of pineapple.
Two tubs of pulot hitam.
Two tub of drinks.
Damn alot la.. The briyani at most can only finish two tub. Then my cousin's mother(my auntie) very clever. Brought plastic containers to takeaway. Was looking at her packing the food. At the end of the day still left alot. Haha.. My mother also got take. Mutton, chicken and pulot hitam. Then left at around 3.40. Home then play game. Watched star awards. Not very exciting also.
Mon
Woke up at 11. Then watch tv. Pack lunch. Start to get ready for tonight's concert. Met tian le and chengyi at bukit batok mrt. Gracia got some problem at home so she will be late. Then we makan at BK. Met Gracia at the mrt. Travel to city hall. Met mei yee. Received my 3rd birdday present. An UFO toy.. Haha... Then walk to Esplanade. Waited outside. Took photos. Then went in. The standard was acceptable. Can really differentiate a pro and a amateur. The audience wasnt that great. Clapping at inappropriate time. Talking. Some even video recording. Then we go supper at Lau Pa Sat. Left there around 11. Walk to raffles place mrt. Then took train home. The girls tried to use their high heels to step the guys.. So "fun".. Haha...

I am so complicated to her. She is so complicated to me.. I try to find out how she feel. She try to find out how i feel. I suspect her of liking another guy. She suspect me of liking another girl. I hide what i want to say to myself. She hide what she want to say to herself.
Complicated???? Actually not.. Just that none of us are taking the first step..

Hundred Fourty Four Time
Tues
Went out with the girls and guo hao, meiting and willy. Chee yan didnt join for lunch. She got chased by someone in her dream... Wahaha... We went yuki yaki to eat. Eat ice cream also. Then we went over to sarah house for mahjong. Chee yan came over also. Then we mahjonged. And also play with the electronic keyboard. SO cool to be a DJ.. Then in the midst of it, sarah brought in a birdday cake. It became everyone's surprise.. Haha.. The birdday cake is unique in its appearance.. Haha.. Then we take pic and eat cake.. After eating the cake, we continue mahjonging.. Finish one round, then we went out to eat supper. The supper was at Bedok.. Dunno which part, quite ulu also. But alot of ppl go there to eat supper. Famous for its pratas. I took one prata bomb, one thosai masala and one kopicino.
What is prata bomb? A prata with extra ghee and sugar, more ghee and sugar, and even more ghee and sugar in the prata.
What is kopicino? A cup of ice kopi with two teaspoon of condense milk, plus two teaspoon of condense milk and additional two teaspoon of condense milk.
Imagine the amount of junk that we ate that night.. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE........... Eating that will cause your artery to clot even faster.. So dont go often, or maybe dont go at all.. Haha... Then we went home from there. Took cab with jieying and cheeyan to woodlands. Then took mrt home.
Wed
Couldnt sleep. Maybe it was the effect of the kopicino. Think i only fell asleep at 6am. But woke up at 9 plus. Nothing to do in the morning. Just slack around. Went for judo training. Not many ppl attended, their common test is near. Before we ended the training, we had our throwing party.
What is a throwing party? A person whose birdday is around the corner will be thrown by everyone in the club according to their age.
So i got thrown 19 times. Haha.. Small case only.. Not all full throws.. Haha... The next two victims will be subi and yao zong. Watch out... Muahahahahhahahahahahahaha......
Then rush back to CCK to meet my family for dinner. My grandmother, 1 uncle, 3 auntie, two cousins plus my parents and me, total of 10 person ate dinner together. Small dinner only at sunshine place. Then went home.
Thurs
Went to KSS at 1pm. Ct grp got nursing training. Train till around 5.30. Then went to lot 1 waited for my mother. Then eat dinner. Go home.
Thanks to all who helped me celebrated my birdday (For those who didnt, i take it that we celebrated together with Mr Zhou, kk?).. The two birdday cakes that i received was really a surprise..
The happy things are above. Now for the not so happy stuff. Still got two person havent said Happy Birthday to me yet.. But i know they wont, so just leave it la.. Remember, i am trying to 学习放弃执著. Trying to accept the fact of 逃避与死刑. Starting to feel that 众爱 can be better than 孤爱. Sounds familiar right? All in my nick.. My nick is not there without a purpose de.. :)
This birdday got alot of ppl celebrated with me. Thanks for all the hardwork, sincerity and $$$... Hehe.. However, there is still a part of me that still feels unhappy. Something is missing somewhere. But i dunno what is missing also. Even though i am happy the past few days, some feeling somewhere still holds me back. Like that how to enjoy life??? Damn!!!!
PS: I forgot to say happy birthday also. Super belated Happy Birdday to Ong and Cliff!!!!

Morning slack at home. Went for training. Didnt do much. Then took photo for the notice board. Ate at mac.
Thurs
Today is house cleaning day yet again.. My auntie came over at 11. Then she help clean the kitchen. While i continue sorting out my room stuff. Then went out at 4plus to meet wanshi, subi, jane and yao zong at Taka. Then we go cineleisure. Buy tickets for Open Season. We makan at BK. Then makan at food court. Then jane go off first. The show very nice. Worth to watch. 4.5/5. Not full marks because some part of the story dont run smoothly. Take mrt home.
Fri
Went for SJ training. FA case for ct grp and transportation for cw grp. Home at 4plus. Prepare for FDI the next day.
Sat
Met ong at 6.15. Breakfast at jolli bean or mr bean. Then started first parade. Then swagger stick cum MOI practice. Then our MOI. Taught sizing. Quite complicated. Then lunch at food court. The kids gave me a surprise. They bought a birdday cake. Thanks to them.. :) But we didnt cut it. Brought it back to HQ. Cut it at around 2plus. Then practical for flag. Then MOI again. Last parade. Went to HSCS for their 40 anniversary dinner. Eat dinner, then run away.. Haha.. Reach home at around 9.30. My uncle and grandmother playing mahjong at my house. Very shag. Slept early.
Sun
The first int FAC meeting at lot 1 foodcourt. Ended meeting at 1. Went home. Then go grandmother house. Watched Little Man. Quite nice.. Then dinner. Then home.
Mon
Did nothing much. Met st,bt,wt and rashida at CCK at around 3.30 for some debrief and instruction for their nursing attachment. Then ask my mother to print the yr1 learning guide for them. Then met my mother for dinner. Pass the paper to bt. My uncle and grandmother come over for mahjong again..
Now gossiping with jing ying.. Haha.. The L and L story.. Guess.. Hmmmmzzz....
