Well well well~ Finally back after 16 days of tiring days..

Back to ward 3 for my last posting before my last semester in NYP. This time the posting is focused on elderly care, communication. Our CI was a staff nurse from the ward itself. She's good. Very helpful.. First day so oriented around then help around lor.
Tues
Get to take case and pass report today. But i was screwed by that china SSN. Damn.. Partly is my fault for not reading the case note deeply la... But she should not have screw me upside down too... Shit!
Wed
Took back the same case. This time i read the case notes thoroughly. During passing report time, i was screwed by that same china SSN again.. ARGH!!!!!!! Reason? For not understanding the patient well enough. Damn lor.. She wanted me to tell her about the patient family problem, why he cant go home yet etc..... AND, IT WASNT STATED IN THE CASE NOTES!!!!!! The info from the case notes were old notes that were 2 weeks ago. Sianz!!! Passing report is so hard la..
Thurs
Did not take case. Kind of have a phobia.. Haha.. Nobody took any case today..
Fri
Did not take case also.. Just help around. Long weekend ahead.
Sat
Today YZ birdday celebration cum Subi real birdday. Went over at 7 like that. Took some pics.. Then stayed over for some mahjong session. Left at around 7+.
Sun
Reach home around 8+. Then went online. Doze off for 30+min. Woke up at 10.10. Meeting ong and mah at 10 at mac. Haha.. Chiong out.. Discussed about POP and FAC training. We talked till about 3pm. Then went home sleep again for around 2 hrs. Then rush off to JE to meet tian le, mei yee, gracia, chester. Went off to Orchard. Damn pack la.. We go taka eat then decide to go vivo city. Bought tickets for death note 2 at 1.10am. Slacked around for 3 hrs. Then watch movie. The movie wasnt nice la.. Too bored.. Plot is good but the presentation is abit boring. Almost fell asleep. Went third floor sit around. Then went first floor. Went off at around 6. Took first train home.
Mon
Slept till around 12. Then forgot what i did liao. Then met yz at cck. Took 190 to orchard. Subi treating dinner. Had to stop at newton because road block for some celebration at orchard. Then we went cineleisure bought tickets for night at the museum. Went heeren buy some stuff. Then go Sakura for dinner. Nice dinner. Did not eat alot. We played alot. We had a plate of sashimi. Then we had different sauces. Wasabi, tabasco, some very sour sauce. We play scissor paper stone. Loser eat. Haha.. It tasted horrible. But win most of the time. Everyone played except one.. Haha.. Then went to watch movie. Very nice show. Very funny.. Rate 4.5/5. Then went home.
Tues
Working day. Today got HSE. i also dunno what that means la.. Until i reach there, then i found out. We were actually going to do home visits. We were attached to HNF(Home Nursing Foundation). We walked the back of AH, a place we didnt know exist. Haha... And most importantly, the place was grass and road. It was damn muddy and it was raining. Half way down the slope, the staff nurse ask me if i took some stuff. When i said no, she became furious and shouted at me to go back and take.. Damn la.. In the morning she only said these are the equipment we are using. But she did not say we must bring lor.. Shit her la.. Ran back. My lower part of the pants was muddy la. My shoe also soaked. Then we went to two pt hse. After that she told us to go home, because she had too many patients today and we will be hindering her work. So we left at around 10am. Reach home, air my shoes with the fan. Soak my pants in bleach. At night, when i recheck my shoe again, it was broken liao. The sole got hole. zzZZzz... Need to buy new shoe. in the mean time, my mother pasted masking tape to act as a barrier.
Wed
Not raining today. The path wasnt that wet. Only muddy. Luckily nothing happened. We only went to 1 patient hse today..Left at around 1130. Went to buy new shoes at night.
Thurs
Case presentation in the ward today. Not fully prepared, so postpone to tomorrow. Quickly went home after work. Change then met tsoon liang at CCK. Saw yao wei and dennis also. Today is our sec sch class gathering. My lower sec class. I think the last time that we met up was in 2003. Had a chalet at sentosa. Still remember that day when were bbq-ing it rained heavily. So we stood there holding the umbrella and bbq. We were wet thoroughly la.. Haha.. So fun.. Was quite happy in my lower sec class. 1B/2B 0'0-0'1. Haha..
Back. Met with cliff at bugis. Actually along the way nothing much to talk. Imagine out of sch for 3 yrs and diff class for 5 yrs. Abit awkard la.. Reach there at around 7. Late for 1.5 hrs. Haha.. i thought they would set up the fire le but havent la.. We started the fire indoor. Because it was raining outside. Yet again another bbq in a rainy day. My class really that damn suai la.. We managed to start up the fire in quite a long time, around 1hr.. Haha.. I was not the one who set up.. Haha... Or else it would have been faster. We were happily bbq-ing when the bbq exploded. It really exploded!!!!!!! The tiles underneath was overheated and gave way. Luckily, no one was injured. Because the tray blocked the impact of the explosion. We quickly shifted the tray of charcoal away and the spoilt tiles. We went away from the place of accident. Haha... Then we went to buy new tray and charcoal again to set up.. This time on the pit itself because the rain got smaller. Due to the explosion, we lost one tray of chicken wing, some bbq octopus and a tray of prawn. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Set up the pit again in a much quicker time. The charcoal was good.. Left at around 1030. because need to work the next day. Took cab home with dennis, yaowei and tsoon liang. Reach home then bathe.
Fri
Slept till 2am. Havent sort out my case study yet. Sort it out till around 3.30am. Then went back to sleep. Wake up at 5am again. Then went off to work. Case presentation at 11.30. Went well.. But very tiring la.. zzzZzZZZzz.. Rot at home.. Met mother for dinner, bought gift.
Sat
Management meeting at 9am. Followed by the kickoff meeting. Discuss about new committe, new promotion criteria, things to improve on for 07. Officially ended at 2.30. 5.5 hrs of meeting. Haha... Then went over to jing ying house for the christmas celebration. not alot of ppl attend. Left the room at 4. Took some pics. Home. No kopi tonight.
Sun
Wake up at 1030. Watch tv eat breakfast. Went lot1 buy uno attack. Bought lunch. Later going esplanade with the judokas. Then followed by steamboat at yz hse. Then home.. Need to discuss something with mah later.... Maybe write my reflections for 06 and resolution for 07 later.
