Let's talk about last saturday. Went KSS for training. I conducted PT. For warmup, we ran around the sch. Then stopped at the DT block. Raining. Cant have outdoor training. So make do with the small corridoor. Had some stretching. Then we went a little physical. Everyone carry someone around using different methods. In pairs, in trios. Then did the animal stretchings. Ended off with the thigh whacking game. They dont seem to like playing that. Unlike in the club, we love playing that.
Some comments on the kids. They need to do more PT. Their stretching are average. They need to improve alot on the strength. Their reflexes are also quite slow. So if i have the chance to do PT with them again, i will do a much tougher one. Like how we die during PT during Judo.
Ate KFC for lunch. Damn horrible. The chicken machiam no seasoning. The chicken damn chicky smell. Screw KFC.. Shall think about changing my favourite food. Too horrible. Seond time the chicken out of taste. First time the chicken tasted like prawn paste chicken. Second time the chicken taste like chicken. Disappointed..
Met aisuan at her block. Pass her the ICA application form. Hope i can get to work in ICA next week onwards. Jessie was also there. She also applying for PT there during her term break.
Bored. So i thought of what would happen to me when i am old.
I will sure have rheumatism when i am old. It will surely affect my right ankle, and possibly my left ankle too. Sprain them too often liao. Possibly my right knee also. My right shoulder also possible.
Then my left shin have problem also due to the fall that happen a decade ago.. Haha.. Makes me sound so damn old.. Remember that i fell into a drain on the way to school 10 years ago. Still got blood clot inside. Then one and a half year ago, re hurt the same spot.
Now let's find fault for the injuries.
Right ankle- Last time play soccer got sprain before. The worse sprain was in judo training. 2004. Caused by Ang Yao Zong. Haha..
Left ankle- Also cause by soccer. Nobody harm me.
Right knee- Should be few months ago. In judo. Trying not to fall on that sissy, so landed on my right knee. Grrrr... Shouldnt have saved him. Damn!!!!!!
Right shoulder- Caused by Peh Juen Juey in 2006. He was not in the best of mood. So he couldnt concentrate when throwing me. So we fell to the right and landed on my right shoulder.
Left shin- Caused by Joseph. Forgot why it happened but his knee landed on my left shin during training.
Seems that my injuries mainly happened in Judo. Haha.. But i have no regrets. I still love Judo.
Been wanting to say this a long time ago. But keep forgetting to post.
This is about prejudice. We always talk about someone being racist. We always talk about males being sexist. We always talk about religion differences. But, there is one topic that have never been talked before. Maybe put it in another way, many might have talked or thought about it but never knew it exist in them at all. It is prejudice against oversized ppl.
Yes. Prejudice against oversized ppl. It can happen in many forms.
"Walau, this guy so fat takes up two seats in the MRT". You might not have said it before, but your actions might have. Did you ever refuse to take a seat beside a oversized person? If you said no, screw yourself. You are a freaking liar. You sure do have encountered it.
Most of us must have encountered this. Walking in a shopping mall, you see a someone wearing short skirt. You thought you could ogle at the short skirt but who knows, looking further down you see a mass at the lower thigh and knee area. The next thing you would say or think would be, "Damn! So fat still wear short skirt. Yucks! Pui!". All of us would have encountered this before. Most probably most of us have commented about it before. But its ppl's right to wear what they want, and what they like.
How many times have you visited the swimming pool. You sit around with a group of friends. Then you see some oversized ppl walk past. You start to laugh at their excess mass. You start to laugh at the way they walk. You start to point finger at them, jeer at them, laughing loudly like the whole place is yours. I suggest that you leave that loud voice of yours at your parents funeral.
Last but not least, the most common form. You are of age now. You decide to find yourself a stead. You listen to your friend's comments. You heard that this particular person likes you. Then you take a look at him and freak out. "EEEKSS! This person so fat. Kill me also wont like him/her." Sounds familiar? Of course. 99.99% of ppl must have said or thought of this before. In this modern age of ours, what have become of the ppl? 拜金, 爱慕虚荣? We become materialistic. We look at the outside instead of the inside. We grown to have the mentality of believing that whatever looks good on the outside are good inside. Havent we heard of phrases like "Wolf in sheep skin", "Never judge a book by its cover". Humans!
Many of us dont know about ppl having prejudice against oversized ppl. But out of asia, in USA, this topic have been talked about. Dont believe, go online do some research. You will find that they will have some questions about prejudice about oversized ppl. They talk about oversized ppl not having the same chances in getting a job compared to the smaller sized ppl.
The tone is rather harsh. If you have been on the receiving side of the cane, you will know the pain, agony and maltreatment.

Life is stagnant as it can get. My life now will be a great breeding ground for Aedes mosquito. Everyone seems to have done alot of things. New staff nurses have been gradually starting work since early june. The last batch to start work are the one from SGH who will be starting work on July 23.
Been watching hell lots of tv. Watch until sianz. Morning shows are dead boring. Afternoon shows are not so fascinatig. Evening shows are ok. Night shows are more interesting. Late night shows are just repetitive. That's the amount of tv i watch per day. zzZZzzZZzz
Seems that everything in my life have come to a standstill.
Most of my friends are already working. So we wont see each other that frequent also. Ong goes army liao, no more badminton, swimming buddy. Havent met cliff for a long time. Months. Dunno why dont really feel like meeting him. hmmm... Now its like another low of my life, and i dont want everyone to have the feeling like i am despo, going to die, need help. Something like that la. Put it another way, i dont like to share my sorrows with others. I prefer to face everyone with a happier side.
My mother is quite right. Finding a job is not you like or dont like. It has become a need. Its just like a poor hungry man stuck between eating Marche or $2 fishball noodle. So what if that guy loves all the delicacy in Marche. So what if the guy hates fishball noodle. Without any $$, he can only afford fishball noodle. If the guy sticks to what he likes and not what he need, he will just die of hunger.
Watching so much shows, it all boils down to relationship. Strangely, after watching them, kind of get emo. Like watching Extreme Makeover Home Edition, looking at how happy the family gets. Like watching that saturday 2.30 pm army show, seeing that officer getting killed while trying to save his man from the grenade. Like watching that 5.30 My Gangster In-Laws, seeing the male lead proposing to the female lead. and etc etc etc... Different situations, different kind of emo. Its ok to feel emo after watching EMHE, to see the tragedy the family had faced then building a new house for them. Its ok to feel emo after watching how that officer save his man life.. But its kind of strange to feel emo during the proposal scence. This was how it happened.

Enough of the shit com.
Usual training on sat. Only difference is upgraded to observer. Had FDC commander selection round 1. No recreation. No nothing. Lunched with mah and yan hsiang at LJS. Home.
Then in the evening went to Lot 1 with pooh.. Going to watch HeliCopter and The Order Of The Phoneix. Shopped around for her friend's birdday present. Then dinner at KFC. Show starts at 7.45pm. Ended at 10pm. Nothing really fascinating about the show. The previous one was better. But still can watch la. The fight between Dumbo and Volde quite nice. SO wizards fght like this.. Style and destructive. Can give it 4/5.
Then sent her home. Took 172. Then took 30. First time taking 30. Her house also quite ulu. Quiet. Then took 30 back. The time is 1145. 172 last bus is 1130. Last train is 1145. So just nice missed the last train. Sianz.. Only left one transport. Walked to JP. Took cab home. $8. zzZZzzzZZzz... Burnt.
my mother have been bugging me to go find PT work. I admit i have been out of work for 2 months. But i do have reasons for the first month plus. i dont like ppl bugging me. the more she nag, the more unwilling. that's how my mind work.
but its really time to go find a pt work. there are several options. I can try KP again, or go sell bedsheet like Ong, or ICA might accept me. Aside, i cant seem to find my O level cert. I dont remember where i put it, or i didnt even go collect it. ARGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back. i do have reasons/excuses not to go back KP. When i was working in KP Lot 1 in 2004, there were 10ppl. Now, out of those 10, only 4 are still in service. maybe i want to have good memories of my first job, that's why i am unwillingly to join.

After that, went to Limbang for lunch. Then met yan hsiang at mac to handover the newsletter committee. Walked to cck after that. Saw geraldine, peiling, sumin,yong jie, joel.
We were also talking something then happen to mention choon kiat name. Then ong reminded that after NS, ck will not be with us also. He will be going overseas for his vet course. His course is 6 years. So that means by the time he comes out from NS will be 2009 april. Then he will be overseas for 6years. Which mean he will fnish his studies in 2015 at the age of 27. That is long.
Its really not easy to find out what you really want to be. Its a decision for life. Think think.
Maybe it might not be that bad. CK can find an ang moh gf.. Haha.. Racial harmony.
Life is strange. When you have been on top for too long, you will start to get bored. You want to know how the life at the bottom is like. That's why i am looking forward to going into army. I want to be a recruit. I want to be screwed. Why dont the gvt catch me earlier.. Maybe after being screwed in army and shouting Yes Sergeant all the time, i might be happier when i go back to leading level.
There are many problems that are well hidden by laughters and forgiveness. But the one laughing and forgiving is tired. Sometimes its not a matter of can or not, its a matter of want or not. I dont like excuses. I dont appreciate weaklings.

Wanted to go SNB register myself as a RN. But later i found out that they charge $100 if payment is by NETS. And $120 if by cash.. WTF!!!!!!!!!! $20 adminstration fee... Screw them upside down..
This wed will be my graduation day. The day i officially have nothing to do with NYP. Waited so long but somehow dreaded this day..
Ok.. Since this is the 200th post.. There should be some special events to mark it. So i shall tell everyone my secrets.. YEAH!!!!
I can be arrogant at times because i know i can accomplish many things that others cant,especially physical stuff.
I am mostly sarcastic, even to those close to me. So it does takes super duper ultimate lots of du liang to be my friend.
It is very hard to gain my trust, especially when there is a task to be done, i always have problem delegating it. Because i hardly trust anyone.
And because i dont trust, i can be a super loner at times.
Other than the abundance of fats, muscle and some intelligence, i have utmost loyalty. I swear you have never seen someone with such loyalty before.
I am mildly obsessed with weapons from the past. Body Armor, sword, shield, spear and many more. I'm gonna buy all these when i am rich.
I always believe that I am born a sportsman. Just that i didnt train. If i trained hard in pri sch, who knows i might have been in team sg today. Haha..
I can write good scripts and plays.
I love my forearms and shoulders.

POP was on 23 June. To cut it short, i really like the parade part. Even though the last tukar wrong leg, but overall was very nice. Hope we can do it again.
Right after that was the POP activities by the sec 2s. The ppt was lengthy, slow, funny. But they took too much time to set up. If it was in poly, the lecturer will either ask you to present another day or give you a zero. Their edited songs were 'WOW', you have never heard anything like this before. They were like 'angels singing'.. Wahahahaha...
After that was lunch. Nothing special. Then changed into PT kit for the games. Was put into grp 3 with laura, sze him, joey, farhanah, shirin and another sec 1 guy. First game, summer, winter, spring, autumn. Didnt really know how to play at first. Instructions wasnt that clear. But in the end still completed it. So next up was the "Blessings frm heaven" game.. First was to grab the straws with the hand. Luckily, my hand was big enough, sweaty enough. In the end, the straws stucked to my arms, and they were happily plucking the straws from my arm. Grp 5 was next, but failed horribly.. Wahaha...
Second, using chopsticks to grab falling leaves. Didnt manage to grab any. I think sze him got one illegally. Haha..
Third, holding a bowl and collecting sweets and lilies. Forgot the result. But total still owned grp 5. Simin you have been owned..
Then went back to canteen to play "Tie leg with string collect flower" game. So i was the first guy. Left right left right left right.. We collected 23 flowers. In the process, I managed to block ck grp by trapping them in between two tables. Best. Strategy ok..
The last game was "Ai shang xiao hong dian" kind of game. Give you clue, then you go find the envelope to give you the next clue. So we were like flying around the sch to look for envelopes. We managed to find other grp's envelope, so Laura Anne Pang Su Min go hide their envelopes.. Wahahaha.. Cheater.. We collected total of 6 envelopes. But when we reach the last checkpoint, we realised that we need to find two more. Sianz~ Clue 4 was damn misleading. "Girls use it more often guys. You use it when you are dirty". So first thing come to mind is the mirror beside PE room. So we chiong there. And it so happen that, we were scheduled to find that clue at the seventh station. So we got two clue less. So we had to go find clue 5 and 6. So we became the last grp to finish all the checkpoints. zzZZzz...
And the ultimate game came. Geraldine says, " Due to time constraint, we shall not play the last two games. We shall now play water bomb." Then everybody chiong to get their ammo. The guys were clever enough to have hide 4 pails of water bomb at the hall area. So we were doing air strike. Then later on, we chiong-ed down. Then the game begins. So went down, chose my victims, then attacked. I only remembered being hit 3 time by the water bomb. And not all 3 bursted. So i wasnt that wet yet. Then walked around. The usual victim, bump into me 3 times. And all three times, she had water bottle in her hand. So the water bottle became my ammo and she became the victim. Haha..
Then i welcomed my new csm with many many pails of water. Owned.
I also remember grabbing jieting bucket and pouring at her.
Lastly, ai suan get a pail of water for us to whack yong ting. But all the while the water was meant for her. The best part, ong and I dipped our feet inside the pail of water, so it became Xi Jiao Shui. Then i sprayed aisuan.
Then everyone got back to SJ room for prize presentation. Grp 3 got 2nd, tie with ong's grp. Had a short talk with the new FAC commanders. Actually planned to play captain's ball, NCOs vs officers. But due to the NCOs were tired, they surrendered.. :) So we didnt play any. Then helped sec 2 move some bbq stuff over to jing ying place. Then ah leow came over to my place, showered. Off to bbq.
Didnt really enjoy the bbq, dunno why also. Not that its not good, just that there was a strange feeling that night. So rotted around. Then went over to bbq. Then sat around. Then walked home.
End of POP.
This week, went swimming on wed and thurs. SJ day on wed. So went back. My first SJ day, after 4 years. Falled in early. Sized. Warmed. Waited. Dismissed. Took pics. Swim.
Thurs swimmed. Went for zone meeting.
Today, saturday. Went back to KSS for Cultural Fiesta aka Folkdance Night. First time it is done in the morning. And i truly believe not everyone was really awake. The sec 1 performance was half hearted, super horrible. Sec 2 was average. But the flags were quite nice, if only the coordination were better. Then the sch breaked to visit the booths. There were quite many booth. The one with more ppl is the one where the guy spread silver cream all over him. What's the point? The other one was the busker. Nice, professional. Then saw yan hsiang bought a white angel chain, so i hand itchy also go buy one black angel chain. Then went up for Kranji Idol.
Some were quite horrible, only got one girl was nice. That girl who sang "Lydia". When she started singing, i thought the cd was playing. But in fact it was her real voice. Quite good. But towards the end of the song, her voice became weaker. Then another guy sang "Wo Ke Yi". Not very good, but he still managed to win the upper sec category. Strange, suspect foul play.
Then came the dance by the upper sec. Saw laura and mariz grp. Quite good for sec sch standard. But the other grp who wore white was nicer.
Then had the performance by one pri sch. Very good for pri sch standard. I think they already owned the sec 1 and 2 performance.
Then came the dress up contest. Saw laura with her gown, sze him also in a gown. Some class
were total rubbish in dress up.
Then when everything ended. Went to staff room to print training program for tomorrow's meeting. Then stayed in SJ room to chat with the sec 3 guys, then home.
Kopi-ed with soon kueh, wei jian and ong. Wei jian just came out from his two weeks confinement. Then he had alot of stories from inside. Chatted till 12mn. Then walked home.
Now for thoughts of the week.
So i went back to KSS for cultural fiesta. I was hoping to see my batch de ppl there. But in the end, those that i know all never came. So i felt like an extra there. Then i was thinking, everything have changed. Everyone is busy with their own things. Uni, army, work. Who still have time to go back to the sch that made you what you were. Who is still willing to go back. Haiz~
I am a KSJ officer, but i am also an ex Kranjian. How do i define when I am an officer and when am I an ex kranjian. I wanted to go back today as an ex kranjian. But in the end, my role got mixed up. Is it really that hard to draw a clear line between two roles. The professional and the personal.
The difference between alumni and ex kranjian? Alumni are ppl who signed up with Kranji Alumni Club and ex kranjian are just ppl who doesnt sign up for it. So what's the diff.. In Alumni club you can find your name in KSS? So what does the alumni do for KSS? Just put your name there and come to sch someday and tell others you are an alumni? ?????
The question that have always made me think. Since i almost weekly go back to sch, the teachers in sch always can see me around. So when i see ex kranjian go back to sch, then when they see their teachers, they go " Mrs blah, HELLO!" Then they go hugging and frantically waving their hand just to make them look excited. Then ppl like us, who always go back to sch, when the teachers that taught you before, sometimes they dont even say hi or look at you at all. So wth is this? So decrease contact can actually increase your relationship? In SJ also like that, in sch also like that. Like WTF!
I dislike fakers and exaggerators. One kind of Fakers are ppl who tries to act like they known you for a millenium. Another kind is those who delibrately ask you something that they know they are stronger than you, then they give you a sarcastic smile or reply.
Exaggerators are ppl with super amplified reaction to a tiny weenie catalyst. Eg. Someone falls down and scream, whine, groan, moan at the top of their whore's voice, " Mummy! I want to go home! Boo-Hoo".
These two type of ppl are so irritating. Screw them. Screw their whole family too..
The relation between human are changing. When ppl msg or call you just to ask you how are you lately, the replies are normally "Ok la! Why?". What the fish you want to ask why. When others are sincerely only trying to know how have you been, you suspect them of their motives. Isnt it strange, doesnt that reply 'Why?' just piss you off.. Is it that hard to open up to have a humanistic relationship? Why? Why? If everyone suspects everyone, then what's the point of being a human. Go be an animal, eat your own kind.
