Two Hundred Seventy Four Time
Back to KSS for NDP today 080808, with ai suan and choon kiat. Choon kiat and me set our objectives before reaching school. :) So we viewed the parade at the foyer. The usual cock up from the GOH(I did not mention NPCC). Band played the music at the wrong time. Parade commander said a command wrongly, but nobody in the crowd will know so its still ok. Flag bearer timing also. zzzZZzZzz.. After the march pass is the NDP 08 form up and national day speech. The speech dampens the atmosphere for abit.
Then came the student leaders catwalk. It looks better than during rehearsal.
Then came the national costume parade.
Then came the pyramind building. Fast and furious.
Then came the Kranji Idol. Their singing were very nice. Their rendition of 'Home' was superb. And of course all the other songs.
Here's where the fun of the day starts, once in a lifetime experience begins.
Part 1 The Chronicles Of Narhia - The Infectant's Friend
So near dismissal time, we were trying to complete our day's objective. Somehow, it completed itself without us needing to do anything. Just a turn of the head and the objective were completed. Best. So upon completing the shared objective, we were persistent to perfect the objective. So we seek help from an unreliable source offering to do barter trade in exchange. Not only was the source unreliable, its was infected with virus. The virus soon spread. Though it didnt cause mass destruction, it still caused infection to a certain extent. Lady luck was on our side. Just as we were pondering about this infection, from across the window, the objective appeared from the corner of my eyes. Of course this time round, no thanks to the superinfectant.
We made our way to the canteen. To our dismay P(pun intended), information from other sources concluded that our objective was flawed. He, was so shocked that he dropped flat on the ground and had to be lifted to the bench to relief the traumatic news.(unseen dramatic cutscene)
End of part 1.
Part 2 The Chronicles Of Narhia - The He, The R and The Huh?.
As the memories of the objectives faded away, a new sequel was to unfold. As we were sitting in the canteen with the new infectants, we were approached by two subjects. Let's call them R and huh?. R and huh? were mesmerized by He. Upon knowing that He was related to the infectants, the subjects were infected with yet another virus. A virus stronger and more potent than the previous one, deadly, swift, silent. As there is no known reference about this super virus, let's call this super virus DHL. The subjects got into berserk mode. Photos were taken, contacts were exchanged, kisses were exch.... erhem, refrained. He, suddenly became a king, King to the two subjects, and maybe the sidekick. :) Lunch started. As we were discussing on where to queue, the 2 subjects came running towards us with plate of food. We wanted to escape, but to no avail.(too many benches and tables la) From then on, the King was treated as a royalty. Food was delivered. Desserts were served. And most importantly, serviettes came in bundles, with wiping service included.
Time to leave. As He left the gates, he couldnt help but take a look at G. To his horror, what he saw were just the two subjects eyeing him, salivating and threatening to bite at any moment. So we left the gates, with two infectants, and two super infectants. Journey back was ardous. Superinfectant R tried to close in on He, but He was dexterous enough to evade the impending 'Bua'. Superinfectant huh? just looked on, laughing and smirking at all times.
After awhile, we reached the mall. There, we met K, another admirer of He. R and K exchanged glances and said nothing. The time have come for R and huh? to leave. Snapshots of He were taken before they left, leaving a deeper scar and and even more traumatic morning for He and his sidekick.
He, will never forget this day, and he will always remember one thing. He will remember the name of R but not huh?.

I regretted leaving school early today. Happiness was so near..
